These Terms of Service govern your use of Nick Finder at https://nickfinder.cloud. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. Questions go to [email protected].
About the service
Nick Finder provides free online tools to convert plain text into stylish Unicode characters you can copy and paste. We also publish guides on our blog. The service is offered “as is” for personal, non-commercial use unless we say otherwise in writing.
Eligibility
You may use Nick Finder if you can form a binding agreement in your region and if your local laws allow you to use this type of website. If you are under the age required in your country to agree to terms alone, use the site only with a parent or guardian’s permission.
No accounts
We do not provide user accounts, passwords, or membership tiers for the generator. You do not need to register to use the main tool. Any future account feature would come with updated terms.
Your content stays in your browser
Text you type into the generator is processed locally in your browser. We do not store your typed phrases on our servers. We may save your last typed text and favorite styles in your device’s localStorage for convenience. You control that storage through your browser settings.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Nick Finder lawfully and respectfully. Do not use our tools to:
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
- Evade bans on other platforms using hidden or offensive styled text
- Break the rules of games, apps, or communities where you paste results
- Attempt to hack, overload, or reverse engineer the site
- Scrape the site in a way that harms performance for other users
We may block abusive traffic to protect the service.
Third-party platforms
Unicode text may work differently on each app or game. We do not control Discord, Steam, Instagram, or any other platform. You are responsible for following their name policies and community guidelines when you paste styled text.
Intellectual property
The Nick Finder name, site design, and original written guides belong to us or our licensors. Unicode characters themselves are part of public standards. You may copy generated text for personal profiles and messages. Do not copy our entire site, code, or articles to pretend you operate Nick Finder.
Blog and educational content
Articles on our blog are for general information. Styles and platform rules change. We do not guarantee that every example will work on every service in 2026 or later. Test before you rely on a name in competition or business.
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics at stats.hayatahmad.com in a cookieless configuration to measure traffic trends. Analytics does not receive the text you type in the generator. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
Advertising
We may display Google AdSense or similar ads in the future. Ads may be served by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. We will update our Privacy Policy when advertising begins if practices change.
Disclaimer of warranties
Nick Finder is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise uninterrupted service, error-free results, or perfect Unicode support on every device. You use the tool at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Nick Finder and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. This includes lost data, lost accounts on other platforms, or name changes you paid for elsewhere. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the past twelve months, which is zero for free use.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims caused by your misuse of the service, your pasted content on other platforms, or your violation of these terms.
Changes to the service and terms
We may update features, pages, or these Terms of Service at any time. We will post the new date at the top. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Major changes may also be noted on the blog when practical.
Termination
We may suspend access for abuse or technical reasons. You may stop using the site at any time. Sections that should survive termination—such as disclaimers and limits of liability—will remain in effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where we operate the service, without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts in that region may have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, unless local consumer laws give you different rights.

Severability

No waiver
If we do not enforce a term right away, that does not mean we waive it forever. We may enforce it later if needed to protect the service or other users.
Assignment
We may transfer or assign our rights to operate Nick Finder as part of a business change. You may not assign your rights under these terms without our written consent.
